Hieu Le

Mekodexim is led by Hieu Le. She has more than 20 years of experience in International Trading, Manufacturing, Quality Systems and Commodities Sourcing. She had earlier worked as Import Manager and Vice Director in a trading company, Consultant in a Management Consulting Firm, Data Analyzer in Development Economic Consulting Company, Researcher in Institute of Policy and Strategy for Agriculture and Rural Development. Le graduated from Foreign Trade University in 2001 and finished her Development Economic Master in Vietnam - The Netherlands Programme for M.A. in Development Economics in 2007. Le is also the founder of the Company.

Tuan Le

Tuan Le is co-founder and techincal manager. Tuan got Bachelor in automobile engineering, worked as Chief Engineer and Technical Manager in State-owned Brigde Construction Company for 10 years, then Putmeizer Agent in Vietnam for 5 years. He also has more than 25 years providing independent technical consultant service. Tuan has great knowledge in engineering, works hard and is very good at working out solution for issues arisen in product development and mass production. Some of our big project ($ million projects) and complicated product developments have benifited from Tuan’s outstanding creative ability in inventing the tools, parts and methods to improve the precision, operation and minimize the possible error in production.

Quynh Mi Nguyen

Quynh Mi Nguyen has more than 10 years’ experience in the sourcing industry. She has built up broad network of connections with Vietnamese Manufacturers across industries. She has been at Mekodexim for more than 10 years, managing the sourcing process. She has been promoted to our Hanoi Chief Officer. Her deep knowledge about Vietnam’s manufacturing is big asset to our Company. Nguyen got B.A from University of Economic and Technical Industries in 2012 and M.E.A from Vietnam University of Commerce in 2016.

Trinh Tran Nguyen

Trinh Tran Nguyen has BA in Business Management. His working experience is great: sales team leader in Ricoh, then sales manager in Fuji Xerox, Managing Director at Samy Saigon – a Bag manufacturer, then production manager at Na Uy Fertilizer Corp. Trinh joined us in 2022 as Ho Chi Minh Chief Officer . His overwhelming experience in running a factory as well as sales sector is great value for our Clients, not only in process of recruiting manufacturers, but also production control afterward. His signifcant role in assiting the partners in reaching a common platform of expectation and performance is the key for successful purchasing management.

Hoang Nguyen

Hoang Ng. is managing QC team at Mekodexim. His working experience is divesifed, once worked in mainternance and procurement division in engineering companies, QC devision in metal processing Factory, and  then production planner in a bag factory before joining us in 2020. Hoang got BA of IT and in-service degree of English Linguistics & Literature.
